‘(Un)tangled’ by Natalie Hardy is an improvisational movement investigation exploring the concepts of feeling trapped and lost inside yourself. It questions the process of breaking free from this confinement and how it changes an individual. The improvisation aims to depict the struggles of stepping outside of comfort/safety zones to explore different possibilities.
